Increasing the survival rate of early-phase startups, and ensuring an increase in female participation in entrepreneurship and employment in the private sector.
The Business Development programs will target both entrepreneurs with startups as well as university students and fresh graduates. Each target audience will have access to programs suited to their needs.
Startups will have access to a specialized business program, carefully designed using research and specifically tailored to suit Iraq’s context. Our startups will benefit from knowledge and expertise during the initial stages of their projects. The aim of these programs are to considerably increase the survival rate of early-phase startups. These programs also aim to ensure an increase in female participation in entrepreneurship and employment in the private sector. For every Business Development program at The Station, we ensure there is gender inclusivity in the proposal and implementation processes.
The Business Development programs will also include capacity building programs for students, graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs who require workshops, introductions to business development, and soft skills training.
