Human Resources Gate is a company specialized in providing human resources services (consulting, recruitment, external human resource management, development and training).

We'll talk about the journey of Rawan Salah – The Founder and Project Manager:

Rawan started her project after a long experience in the field of human resources management for 13 years, she decided to use her experience to benefit the community, especially the youth who are looking for work by encouraging and training them to enter the Iraqi job market. The HR Gate project started with the encouragement and motivation of friends and family and their trust.

Rawan talked about the differences between having your own project or be an employee, and said that taking responsibility is the part that differs between the two options. When you own your business or project, your responsibility will be greater for developing it, maintaining its continuity and making its own decisions, although working as an employee isn’t without responsibility, but its burdens are less and distributed due to the presence of partners in making the decision. In addition to working on her own project, Rawan also work as an employee in this field so that she can cover all expenses and develop her own project.

In HR gate company,  they always try to enhance project reach and visibility and open channels of communication with interested companies, and at the same time they’re now working to develop staff by participating in training related to startups and scaling up business.

We asked Rawan about HR gate future, and she said: "According to the development plans of the project, we aspire for the company to have a professional team that can meet the requirements of the market in addition to expanding the target segment to include all companies and sectors."

At the end she mentioned the role of The Station, considering it was an important turning point in the project’s progress, as it opened many opportunities in the field of development and training, which is an important part of the project, and also opened the doors of communication with companies and people interested in the project’s work, and this contributed to its development and growth.
